The development team has been involved from sourcing plant materials thru Pacific ‘Āina Management’s nursery and vendors to craft and grow beautiful landscapes for homeowners, communities, multi-family condo complexes and commercial centers to enjoy for years to come. Services the landscape development division offers are
- Large tree/palm installation services with crane operators
- Delivery services of plants or bulk materials with dump trucks or dump trailers
- Mass or fine grading (up to 1 acre in area) of lots
- Paver and/or walkway installation
- Irrigation system installation and repair (portions are completed by licensed plumber as required by law)
- Ornamental plant material installation
- Landscape lighting installation (portions are completed by licensed electricians as required by law).
- One-time irrigation work orders for communities that have water-loss issues (we don’t offer leak detection services however can refer you to a reputable and licensed company who does good work) .
