- Construction management including contract documentation management {RFIs, plan addendums}
- Insurance management
- Cut sheet submittal and custodial record management
- Ongoing field inspections/approvals (not vertical building related)

Pacific ‘Āina Design’s team has provided Project Planning Management services for our client’s property to maintain, modify or remove entitlements to update a client’s property. Examples of such Project Planning Management Services are:
